Payment methods

1) Cash. 

For your convenience, we offer paying for your products the usual way – in cash.

When selecting this payment method, instead of paying for your products when placing an order, you will be able to pay the courier in cash when he delivers your products, or when you collect your products in our warehouse.

Important! When paying the courier in cash, please have the exact amount of money indicated in your order (without change).

You can pay in cash when:

  • Collecting your products in Protentus.lt warehouse,
  • When the courier delivers the products to your indicated address.


2) Electronic banking. 

You can pay in Protentus.lt online store by using the electronic banking system or via the Paysera payment system. 


3) Credit payment card.

For your convenience, we offer paying for your products when placing an order with a credit payment card. 


IMPORTANT! Card payments are carried out only if the bank that issued your card participates in secure online payment programs (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). After entering your card details, you may be redirected to the website of the bank that issued your card in order for you to enter a security code which is necessary to verify your identity.  If your payment is not confirmed, please contact the bank that issued your card or select another payment method. 


4) Debit bank card.

Pay the courier using your debit bank card when he delivers the products to you. 

When selecting this payment method, instead of paying for your products when placing an order, you can pay for them when the courier delivers the products to you. Important! You will not be able to pay with a debit bank card when collecting your products in our warehouse.


5) Bank transfer.

You can pay for your products with a direct transfer to our bank account. When choosing this method, you will receive all the information to make a direct transfer at the end of your order. 

Please note that it is necessary to indicate your protentus.lt order number in the "Details of payment" field.
